Frequently Asked Questions:​

• If you have a question about a credit card charge, please send an email to vernonbutchertown@gmail.com.  Include the last four digits of your card number, the date used, the issue, and a phone number where you can be reached during business hours.  Pending charges usually resolve themselves within 2 business days and are held by the bank, thus they cannot be resolved by Vernon Lanes. Only cleared charges can be disputed by us.

• Please contact us via the submission form regarding requests for large party reservations, events, or group outings of 25 or more.

• We have 8 vintage wooden lanes that we oil daily. 2 pool tables, pinball machines, steel tip dart boards, soft tip dart board, Golden Tee, and other arcade games to enjoy.

• Each bowling lane holds 6 guests comfortably, but please plan to eat before or after as there isn't any where to set down food while bowling.

• Most groups can get through 2 games within an hour.

• You will either need multiple lanes for a large party to bowl at the same time, or longer lane time for everyone to take turns bowling.  Our reservation system will automatically group your lanes together.

• Gratuity is added to all parties of six or more, and any tab left open at the close of business. 

• We are family friendly during the day, but become 21+ after 10pm

• All future lane reservations are done online, please do not call.

• We serve great coffee drinks, soft drinks, and all the free water you care to consume so please leave all outside beverages and water containers in the car or at home. Our liquor license is at risk if there are any outside drinks in the building.

• We do not have bumpers for the lanes, but we do have push ramps.

• Our kitchen is open from 11am-10pm Sunday - Thursday and 11am-12am on Friday and Saturday.

• We offer our brunch menu in addition to our daily menu every Saturday & Sunday from 11am-2pm. Eat and get a discount on bowling the same day!
