If you have a question about a credit card charge, please send an email to vernonbutchertown@gmail.com. Include the last four digits of your card number, the date used, the issue, and a phone number where you can be reached during business hours. Pending charges usually resolve them selves within 2 Business days and are held by the bank and cannot be resolved by Vernon Lanes only Cleared Charges can be disputed or changed by us.

Please contact us via the submission form regarding requests for reservations, events, or group outings.

We have 8 lanes and all requests are first come, first served, by time.

All individual lane reservations are now accepted online (up to 30 days before). Please CLICK HERE to book your lane.

Please feel free to come in and join the waitlist (if there is one) from noon until 11pm.

We do our best to accommodate party size and time of event, but large groups will require more time to find the right date and time, so let us help you plan ahead.

We serve great coffee drinks, soft drinks, and all the free water you care to consume so please leave all beverages and any canteens or hydroflasks in the car or at home. Our liquor license is at risk if there are any outside drinks in the building.

We have open bowling daily - first come, first served.

Click here to make your online reservation for parties of 18 or fewer up to 30 days in advance. Use the submission form to request lane times for larger parties.

The restrooms are located in the Vernon Underground Bar Lobby. The stairs to the Vernon Underground Bar are by the front door as you enter.

If you send an email and do not receive an answer within 48 hours, please check the email address in your submission and resend the request.

We are open Sunday and Monday, but Tuesday is our event coordinator's day to answer emails from the weekend.
